We are driven by the need to create meaning and purpose in our lives, the absence of which is detrimental to mental health. This psychotherapy group will address fulfillment in four areas of life (Work, Home, Health and Recreation), respecting and strengthening the authentic self, taking full responsibility for life direction.
Time: Tuesdays, 90 minutes, 7:00 to 8:30 pm (beginning on Tuesday September 10, 2019)

Colleen DeGeorge is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice in Red Bank, NJ. Colleen has been in the field of social work for 17 years, 10 of those years within the Barnabas Healthcare system. Colleen has implemented both school, and community based prevention programs, as well as family support programs throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
