E therapy group(2)
As LGBT community members, we face a number of challenges that impact on our identity and self-worth. Utilizing a variety of resources and materials, this psycho-therapeutic group will offer members the opportunity to explore and deepen awareness in regard to aspects of identity, culture and community, in an atmosphere that promotes joy in creative exploration and mutual respect. We all have the capacity for creative expression: in the way we communicate; in how we approach a problem; in the choices we make daily; in what we take in from our surroundings; and in what we give back to the world.
